SHI aggressively enforces its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law. The name of Safe Homes International, the Safe Homes International logo or the other Home Depot formatives may not be used in any way, including in advertising or publicity pertaining to distribution of materials on this Site, without prior, written permission from SHI. SHI prohibits use of Safe Homes International logo as part of a link to or from any site unless establishment of such a link is approved in advance by SHI in writing. Fair use of SHI’s Trademarks requires proper acknowledgment. Other product and company names mentioned in this Site may be the Trademarks of their respective owners.

While we will use our best efforts to fulfill all orders, Safe Homes International cannot guarantee the availability of any particular product displayed on this Site. We reserve the right to discontinue the sale of any product listed on this Site at any time without notice.
The prices displayed on this Site are quoted in U.S. dollars and are valid and effective only within the United States, and such prices do not include shipping and handling or sales taxes, if applicable, which will be added to your total invoice price. You are responsible for the payment of any shipping and handling charges and state and local sales or use taxes that may apply to your order.
While our goal is a 100% error-free Site, we do not guarantee that any content is accurate or complete, including price information and product specifications. If we discover price errors, they will be corrected on our systems, and the corrected price will apply to your order. SHI reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including after an order has been submitted and accepted).

Return Policy

You may return all unused items purchased at Safe Homes International within 30 days of the original delivery. We will refund full amount of purchased products, but NOT SHIPPING/HANDLING COST. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. In the event of failed delivery for a certain time and date, we will refund the delivery companies cost of shipping, but NOT THE HANDLING COST. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs and will be charged a restocking fee of 25 percent for items returned after the 30 day delivery date. Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or 100 USD if You haven't purchased anything through the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if the Company or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.
Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, which means that some of the above limitations may not apply. In these states, each party's liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

Waiver

Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under this Terms shall not effect a party's ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall be the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
